Sports Injury Treatment

Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, the right rehab is key to a full and safe recovery. We help you heal, rebuild strength and lower the risk of the next injury.

Recovery is more than rest.

A sprained ankle, strained hamstring or knee ligament injury affects more than your game. It changes how you move, your endurance and your confidence. Contact sports tend to bring impact injuries, while running, swimming and other endurance sports often lead to overuse problems.

Our rehab programs combine hands-on care with guided movement restoration and sport-specific training, so you can return ready for the demands of your sport.

Injuries we commonly help athletes recover from.

Every injury is different, but these are some of the most common we see.

Ankle Sprains

Often caused by sudden direction changes or unstable landings. Rehab focuses on joint mobilization, balance training and progressive strengthening.

Hamstring Strains

Explosive sprinting or overstretching can strain the hamstring. Care includes soft tissue release and progressive flexibility training.

Shoulder Injuries

Collisions and forceful overhead movements can affect shoulder stability. Rehab emphasizes controlled strengthening and neuromuscular retraining.

Knee Ligament Injuries

Pivots, hard landings or direct contact can injure knee ligaments. Rehab focuses on movement retraining, controlled resistance and agility work, coordinated with your physician when needed.

Overuse Injuries

Repetitive training without enough recovery can irritate tendons, muscles and joints.

Lost Range of Motion

Stiffness after an injury that limits how freely you can move and perform.

Rehab built around your sport.

Every program starts with an evaluation and biomechanical analysis to identify weaknesses and movement patterns that could contribute to re-injury.

From there, care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue and massage work, progressive strengthening and flexibility training, and sport-specific functional drills that mirror game-time movements.

No referral needed. Most commercial plans, including Medicare, accepted. We also work with auto-accident and workers’ compensation cases.
