Arthritis Pain Relief

Joint pain, knee stiffness after sitting or neck tightness that limits your movement can make daily life harder. Our care focuses on easing pain, restoring mobility and helping protect your joints.

Arthritis isn’t simply a part of getting older.

There are more than 100 types of arthritis, each with its own causes, so an accurate picture comes first. Osteoarthritis involves gradual cartilage breakdown that can lead to pain, stiffness and limited movement. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition that drives chronic joint inflammation, and psoriatic arthritis, associated with psoriasis, can cause painful, swollen joints.

Accumulated joint stress, posture, past injuries and lifestyle factors such as diet and stress can all play a part in how arthritis feels day to day. Our hands-on care is aimed at reducing pain, preserving function and helping you move more freely.

How arthritis can affect your day.

Symptoms vary by type and by joint, but many patients describe a similar pattern.

Stiffness After Rest

Joints that feel stiff after sitting for a while or first thing in the morning.

Aching Joints

Pain that makes simple activities, like grocery shopping, feel exhausting.

Swelling & Inflammation

Warm, puffy or tender joints, especially during a flare.

Reduced Range of Motion

Difficulty bending, reaching or fully straightening an affected joint.

Neck Tightness

Stiffness in the neck that limits turning your head or looking up.

Changes in How You Walk

Stiff hips, knees or feet can change your gait and add stress to other joints.

Hands-on care to ease pain and restore motion.

Your evaluation looks at posture and movement, mobility and gait, past injuries, and how stress and daily habits may be affecting your symptoms. From there, we build a plan around your joints, your goals and your activity level.

Care may include chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilization to reduce stiffness, massage to ease surrounding muscle tension, therapeutic exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your joints, postural correction, and laser therapy where appropriate to help calm sensitivity.
