Chiropractic care can be more than an adjustment.
Pain, stiffness, poor posture and movement limitations can affect how you feel and function every day. Corrective exercises are targeted movements selected for your body, not a general workout, to help improve strength, flexibility, stability and posture.
Your chiropractor evaluates how you move and chooses exercises that support the improvements made through hands-on care, helping you build healthier movement habits between visits.
What to expect from your program.
Movement Assessment
Your chiropractor assesses your posture, mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and movement patterns to find areas that may benefit from targeted exercise.
Customized Exercise Plan
Your program may include core strengthening, mobility work, posture exercises, balance and stability training, stretching and movement retraining, plus exercises to do at home.
Progress & Adjustments
As your strength and mobility improve, your exercises are modified to keep challenging your body safely and consistently.
