HTMA is not a standalone diagnostic test for medical conditions. Results are best interpreted alongside your health history, nutrition, lifestyle and other information to help guide personalized wellness recommendations.
What to expect from your HTMA.
Hair Sample Collection
A small sample of hair is collected according to the laboratory’s requirements. The process is quick and does not require blood to be drawn.
Laboratory Analysis
The sample is analyzed for selected minerals and elements, and the results are provided in a report.
Results Review & Guidance
We discuss your results, explain what the reported mineral patterns may indicate in the context of your wellness goals, and may offer general recommendations on nutrition and lifestyle.
