Managing scoliosis with a plan built for you.
Scoliosis is an abnormal sideways curvature of the spine. It can develop at any age but is most commonly diagnosed in adolescence. Some cases need minimal intervention, while moderate to severe scoliosis can bring pain, postural changes and limited mobility.
Rehabilitation does not reverse scoliosis. Instead, it focuses on managing symptoms, improving posture and mobility, and giving you tools to support your spine over the long term. Every program starts with an evaluation of your curvature, posture, muscle balance and movement.
Evaluation, targeted care and ongoing support.
Comprehensive Evaluation
We assess your spinal curvature, posture, muscle imbalances and mobility, then talk through your symptoms and goals.
Targeted Treatment
Care may combine manual therapy to ease muscle tightness, movement-based and postural exercises, and core stabilization work. Adolescents also get training for posture at school and in sports, with education for parents.
Long-Term Management
Scoliosis is a lifelong condition. You leave with a personalized home exercise plan and posture strategies, and we reassess regularly to adjust your plan as needed.
