We accept many traditional and commercial insurance plans. Because coverage and benefits vary by insurance plan, we recommend contacting our office to verify your coverage before beginning treatment.

Our team can help you understand your benefits, including applicable deductibles, copays, and other out-of-pocket expenses. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of your individual plan.

Self-Pay & Uninsured Options

If you have limited insurance coverage, no insurance, or prefer to pay directly for your care, self-pay options are available.

Patients who pay directly may find that straightforward pricing can make managing their care easier. We are happy to discuss available payment options and help you determine what works best for your needs.

Insurance Reimbursement

If you receive care that is not billed directly to your insurance company, we can provide a detailed receipt when applicable. You may submit the receipt to your insurance provider to request reimbursement based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Please keep in mind that reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and the terms of your policy.
